This case study deals with the question: "What are favourable and less favourable conditions for a successful implementation of traffic safety measures?" Although the study aims to identify the favourable conditions for the implementation of a road safety measure, there may very well be critical side remarks about things in the implementation process which did not go as well as planned or expected.
